Parent Consultation Evenings

The school will send Parents details of Parent consultation evenings in advance.

To book a slot use the online Parents Evening Booking System.

Parents will be sent dates when this system will be live for their child's specific class.  You will not be access the system and book before or after these dates.

When the system is live please log on to: www.parents-booking.co.uk/akiva to see which appointments are available and select one that is convenient for you.

The booking wizard will NOT give you all available slots so it is better to do the process manually.

You will need:

 Your title and surname as it appears on our database
 Your child’s first name and legal surname
 Your child’s date of birth (using four digits for the year of birth – for example 09/09/2009)
 Your child’s class name – for example 1T (not the teacher’s name)
 The email address you enter is only to get a confirmation of your appointment

Once the next page opens please be aware that there are different dates for parents’ evenings to accommodate those teachers with different time slots - please ensure that you are blocking the correct date, all options will appear on the screen and you may need to scroll down.

If you have more than one child there is a tab which says “make booking for another child” and the details of all your children should appear here.

After booking you will receive a confirmation email from netmedia.co.uk
